Lois Covington Fuchs
Lois Fuchs is a pastel artist with a fine arts degree in painting and printmaking. While she has worked in many mediums, she prefers the immediacy of pastels for both painting and drawing.
She is drawn to realism and the basic truth of form in space; for her this means the living figure, either people or animals.
She has been painting portraits of people and animals for over 30 years, and her work is in private and public collections in the U.S. and Canada.
