Woodstock Summer Street Fest

Participant:
The Downtown Woodstock
Business Improvement Area is busy planning for our annual SUMMER
STREET FEST, which will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
August 5th, 6th & 7th, 2010.
During these three days,
Dundas Street in Downtown Woodstock will be closed off to vehicular
traffic and transformed into a huge street festival. Street Fest runs
from 9:00am until 9:00pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
We continually look for
different ways to grow our Annual Summer Street Fest making it an annual
“must attend” and delivering an enjoyable experience for festival-goers
to Downtown Woodstock. As we are constantly expanding our festival,
endeavouring to tap into a growing market with culture and the arts, we
hope that more artisans will join us in our annual street festival.
We have a couple of
locations in mind for your stations as well as a few spots in museum
square, which will be granted on a first come first serve basis. In
either case electricity can only be provided through prior
arrangements, no day-of requests.

The Woodstock BIA will
provide those selected with a 10 X 10 foot space (a larger space
may be possible, subject to availability) within the festival
area. Electricity is not provided but it can be arranged in
advance and may be subject to an extra charge. Artisans are
responsible to provide their own tent/canopies as well as
tables, chairs and anything else required to display your work.
Please include 2 photos of your work
Submitting this form does not
guarantee entry into the Sidewalk Days/Summer Music Fest event.
The BIA office will contact you with more information if you
meet all necessary requirements.
Application forms must be submitted no later
than July 3rd, 2010. Please check which days you would like to
