I’ve always been able to draw, paint Christmas windows, doodle on a card or create posters for various charity/school events but never took the idea of painting seriously.

When a friend asked me to do a scene for her while in Newfoundland a few years ago, I did it and that was the beginning of my painting enthusiasm. Through another friend, I heard of the Brush and Palette Club and luck was on my side as there was an opening to join almost immediately.
